If you decide to hire HARDBODYbyJTIMO as your coach just know that I am 100% dedicated to help you reach your goals, in return im going to need 100% from you. please understand that you will be required to track macros, you will need a food scale and you will need to use a macro/calorie tracking app/site like "myfitnesspal" to keep track of your daily intake. If tracking macros is a problem for you then i can construct a meal plan for you based on the macronutrients. See the video below if you have any questions about macros.
This is not your average "one size fits all/cookie cutter" meal plan, each meal plan is taylored to each individual's goals. Each meal plan is based on an individual's BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). From there I calculate the macronutrients (macros), then I construct the meal plan based on the macronutrient needs.
I coach both competitors and the average individual that just wants to look good and get into shape. This program includes constructing your macronutrients from YOUR PERSONAL BMR (basal metabolic rate) with unlimited adjustments, creating your personal workout routine and monitoring your progress each week. You will have 24 hour support from me through phone, text and email.
$239.06 per month
minimum of 3 month commitment agreement is required
